Payment, Deposit and cancellation Policies

All deposits and payments are required to be made in US dollars by Paypal.

Terms of Payments:

Reservations require a 50% deposit within 7 days of booking.

The remaining 50% of total is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival.

For reservations for Christmas, New Year’s and Semana Santa, 100% of the full rental amount is due 120 days prior to reservation.

Failure to pay deposit or reservation balances on time could result in loss of reservation.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations must be sent by email, and will be considered effective the date received

Rental deposit less a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay is refundable if notice is received up to 91 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellations between 31 and 60 days of arrival, 50% of reservation total is non-refundable (unless re-rented for the samedate at the same rate).

Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival receive no refund (unless re-rented for the same date at the same rate).

Christmas/New Year’s and Semana Santa cancellations receive no refund if cancellation is received less than 90 days prior to arrival.

Property Availability Policy:

In the event that property is unavailable due to damage from hurricane, flood, fire, due to repairs not being completed on time, the owners shall not be responsible. Owners will make every effort tomove guests to comparable accommodations at the original rate.

If comparable property is not available, the guest agrees to accept a full refund.
