Apart from that the house has beautiful talavera and very nice bamboo furniture in the living area. The roof palapa with ocean view invites for a good barbecue with a cool drink. You can also enjoy the shared pool right in front of your terrace door. It is located in a fully gated community with a nice and responsible neighbourhood, close to Playa Manzanillo, where you can swim and snorkel and enjoy the beach restaurants.

Casa Mantarraya (1-4 persons)

Influenced of admiration of Arabic architectures, the decision was not to build the usual home with palapa roof or the usual roofing tile; instead of this a dome that gives you an imagination of endless view to the sky was built. People call it the “upside-down house” because the kitchen and living room are upstairs to guarantee that you would have the breeze and the view while you are cooking or enjoying a glass of red wine and watching the beautiful sunset.

The whole house is white for a fresh and clean feeling.

It is located close to Boulevard Benito Juarez / Rinconada, where you find restaurants, laundry, internet, a little supermarket and gift shops and a stone's throw away from Playa Carrizalillo.

This house is just gorgeous, Mexican style with lots of nice Talavera in the kitchen and bathrooms. It is located at the “Pueblito”, next to Playa Manzanillo, where you can swim and snorkel and enjoy the beach restaurants. The Pueblito is a fully gated community with a doorman, it as a big shared pool with barbecue.

The house has lots of lovely details, like a nice big palapa roof with an outdoor shower and tropical plants and a small private pool.

Casa Tim

Tim is a well know architect in Puerto Escondido, and he separated a part of his private house to offer lodging to our Puerto Escondido tourists. There are 2 apartments and 1 bungalow, with very nice finishings as talavera and stoneworks.

The places are at Carrizalillo, only a 5 minutes walk away from Playa Carrizalillo, located close to Boulevard Benito Juarez / Rinconada, where you find restaurants, laundry, internet, a little supermarket and gift shops.

Carrizalillo is a residential area with nice private homes for people that want very relaxing vacations.

Villas Chakaron

Casa Annik NEW

This house is a small and simple vacation home, with all amenities.

It is located at the “Pueblito”, next to Playa Manzanillo, where you can swim and snorkel and enjoy the beach restaurants. The Pueblito is a fully gated community with a doorman, it as a big shared pool with barbecue.

The house has a nice palapa roof to enjoy your Happy-Hour by watching the sunset.

Hotel Hacienda Revolución

This gorgeous and cosy 11 bedroom hotel is located above the “Adoquin” of Puerto Escondido, it transcends time and sends you into another century, when Mexico was still under colonial rule and legendary revolutionaries, such as Miguel Hidalgo (he announced the Independence with the strokes of a bell) were still up and about.

The hotel is in very good conditions, with lovely details, all renovated, all kept clean and working.

Good shopping possibilities, close to Playa Principal, Playa Marinero.

Casita Mantarraya Studio (2 persons)

Inspired by so many nice words for the only 1 year old “Casa Mantarraya”, the next project “Casita Mantarraya” was started.  “Casita Mantarraya” is built the same style as Casa Mantarraya.

The new house is a little different to Casa Mantarraya, there is one studio (bedroom plus kitchen & bathroom) on the first floor and another studio (bedroom plus kitchen & bathroom) on the second floor. The upstairs studio has access to the roof terrace where you will find your dining area under a sunroof as well as two hammocks. The downstairs room have a space in the garden. Every studio has its own kitchen and its own space to stay. The kitchens are fully equipped; you sleep in king size beds in both rooms and shower with hot water.

Both studios are white, also the house, to give you the same fresh and clean feeling as you get in Casa Mantarraya. Big windows keep the rooms bright and you will also find ventilation holes with mosquito screens for air circulation, of course also the windows have mosquito screens.

It is located close to Boulevard Benito Juarez / Rinconada, where you find restaurants, laundry, internet, a little supermarket and gift shops at a stone's throw away from Playa Carrizalillo.

Casa Puente (1-6 persons)

Casa Puente is located above the little hill at the point of Zicatela, a short walk to the beach. It offers 2 apartments with a breathtaking view, which shows the whole bay of Zicatela till the lighthouse.  It is nicely designed with talavera tiles and Mexican accessories. 

It is a place for people who want to relax and still feel a little bit of nature.

A microbus or a taxi takes you downtown within 5 minutes, for basic supplies you will find a little grocery close by.

Casa Manuel (2 persons)

Casa Manuel is a cute little house close to Boulevard Benito Juarez, /Rinconada, where you find restaurants, laundry, internet, a little supermarket and gift shops and a stone ' s throw away from Playa Carrizalillo.

As Manuel only stays from November to the end of April, the house is for rent the other 6 months of the year, from May to end of October.

Casa Manfred

Manfred decorated his rooms and apartments with fantasy and love to details. You will find lots of artworks of Mexican and foreign artists just to look at or to buy. Close to Carrizalillo Beach , he built his guesthouse with 3 rooms, 2 apartments and his brand-new “casita” in the backyard.

It is located directly on the Boulevard Benito Juarez / Rinconada, where you find restaurants, laundry, internet, a little supermarket and gift shops and only a short walk from Playa Carrizalillo.

Bungalows Victoria (1-3 persons)

These clean and plain bungalows are located close to Playa Carrizalillo, a quiet beach close to the Rinconada area, where you find restaurants, laundry, internet, supermarket, gift shops, surf board rentals. Carrizalillo Beach is one of our nicest beaches where you can swim, snorkel, boogie board and surf.

The rooms are spacious, in a simple Mexican style.

Rancho “El Macahuite”

Rancho “El Macahuite” is a quiet place for individualists and adventurers, 40 km south from Puerto Escondido and 25 km north from Pochutla, 300 meters bee line from the beach. On this beach you can watch the turtles putting their eggs or the baby turtles finding their way to the ocean. The nearby lagoon is a natural reserve with exotic birds that are breeding in the mangles and crocodiles. A little groceries is at the entrance gate where you can get the basics you need. The buses to Pochutla, Puerto Escondido and Huatulco stop at the groceries.
