About Us

We are a Mexican-German couple with some years of experience in Property Management. Apart from this we are the owners of the established and well-known restaurant “El Nene” on Boulevard Benito Juarez.

We offer the perfect mixture to create an understanding between Mexican laws, Mexican habits, the Mexican way of work and the expectations of our usually foreign customers due to our advantage to have the possibility to look at problems from both sides. This helps to avoid “gringo tax”, to get works done in time and in a responsible way and creates the possibility of a real cooperation between the local suppliers or craftsmen and the foreign home-owners.
