Rental & Cancellation policies

 

 

Usually a 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation and he balance is due upon arrival in cash USD or Pesos. Payment may be paid by Western Union or by Paypal or wire transfer, fees will be charged to client.

Cancellations more than 60 days before the beginning of your reservations will result in a 100% refund of your money (less Western Union fee). Cancellations within 60 days to 30 days of your reservation will receive a 50% refund, cancellations within 30 days of your reservation will not receive refund unless we can refill your reservation (a partial refund may occur based on partial occupancy).

The balance for Christmas and Easter rentals has to be paid in full 2 weeks prior to arrival, if the balance is not received by then, the reservation will be cancelled without any reimbursement of the deposit.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of $200 US to 500 US$ (depending on property) must be paid in cash upon arrival. It will be returned upon completion of the rental provided there has been no damage to real or personal property and that all the conditions of this agreement have been met.

Deductions from the deposit shall be made for any damage done to the property or its contents, normal wear and tear excepted.

Check-in: Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. and before 10 p.m.

Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Other conditions:

All places are non-smoking. Guests are asked to smoke outside or on the roof-top deck only.

No pets are allowed at any time.

All rentals require a rental agreement including mailing address and telephone number. At least one person in the rental party must be over the age of 25.

Neither the owner nor its representatives will be held responsible for injury, loss, or damage to any person or property of persons occupying the rental property.
